K-Rain Products Highlighted at the GaLaBau Show

Juli 2012GaLaBau, one of the world's most comprehensive trade shows featuring a complete range of products for the design, construction and maintenance of urban and open green spaces took place from the 17th to 20th of September in Nuremberg, Germany.

K-Rain Manufacturing Corporation, the third largest manufacturer of irrigation sprinklers in the world, exhibited their water and time-saving products in cooperation with the Rainworks Alliance. K-Rain and Rainworks have worked in a successful strategic partnership since 2012 in the Central European markets of Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary.  Chip Kah, president, Erica Bauman, chief operating officer and Rita Pinto de Abreu, European regional manager enjoyed meeting with their many customers attending this event and discussing the nuances of each market.

One of the show highlights was the European launching of K-Rain’s new residential and light commercial rotor, the RPS 75i with patented Intelligent Flow Technology™. This technology addresses the important concepts of water conservation, landscape and irrigation system design flexibility and contractor time-management.

Listening and learning from your practical experiences was the motto of the K-Rain focus group which was dedicated to multi-brand contractors, consultants and distributors. A multitude of subjects were covered but it became clear that K-Rain’s rotor and nozzle product lines meet the needs of this group in many aspects. In particular, the SuperPro Rotor has had great success in the marketplace and is recognized as the most reliable rotor in its class.

K-Rain’s reception was held at “Albrecht-Dürer Stube”, one of the oldest and most historical restaurants in Nuremberg Old Town. The entire restaurant was reserved for this international evening with guests from the USA, Italy, Germany, Israel, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. Everyone agreed that the presence of the K-Rain management group over the entire show was important to make the K-Rain brand come alive. Everyone enjoyed spending the time to grow relationships and truly get to know the culture of the company.  As one of the participants said: It is just incredible how much they listen – our opinion seems to be very valuable to them!

It became clear that the K-Rain group made many friends in just a few days, was extremely happy to meet their partners in Europe and will continue to listen to their customer groups to learn from their practical experiences.

K-Rain is looking forward to meeting their Central European customers again at the occasion of the GaLabau 2016.
